On 22–23 October 2025, the partners of the Engaging Minds project gathered at Campus Vejle in Denmark for the project’s first transnational meeting and official kick-off.
Representatives from all four partner organisations came together for two productive days of discussions, planning, and collaboration. The meeting provided an opportunity for partners to get to know one another, establish working procedures, and align expectations for the project’s activities and objectives.
During the meeting, the partnership reviewed the overall project timeline, discussed the planned work packages, and agreed on key milestones for the coming months. Particular attention was given to the project’s shared goal of understanding and improving student retention and engagement in upper secondary education.
The kick-off meeting also allowed partners to exchange experiences from their respective educational contexts and begin exploring common challenges related to student motivation, participation, and school completion.
The atmosphere throughout the meeting was positive and collaborative, laying a strong foundation for the international cooperation that will continue throughout the project.
We would like to thank all partners for their active participation. The Engaging Minds partnership looks forward to the exciting work ahead and to sharing future project developments and results.
